1.  Install and activate WPForms in your WordPress site.

2.  Go to the Addons Link.

To do this, log in to your WordPress Admin panel and select your WPForms menu item.  Then, click on the Addons link which will bring you to the WPForms Addons screen.

When you’re there, you will see the Addons available with your current license level.

If you do not see any addons, select and click on the Refresh Addons button and that should sort out the issue for you.

How To Create A Signature Form In 3 Simple Steps.

Next, search for a particular Addon by typing the name of the Addon into the search Addons field at the top right corner of the Addons page.  In this case it would be the Signature Addon you will be activating.

At the Addons screen click on the install Addon button for the Addon you wish to use.

This will install and activate the Addon for you.  The Addon that’s installed and ready to use will show as: Status: Active.

When your Addons are installed, you are ready to start creating your forms.

3.  When the Addon is activated on your site, the Signature field option will automatically be added to all forms.

After installing the Addon plugin, you’ll see the new Signature form field under the Fancy Fields section.  To add this section to your form, simply drag and drop it into the preview panel.  Then, click the Save button for your form.

After the form is embedded, you’ll be able to test the Signature field.  To write, click down and drag your cursor.

When the entry data is sent by email or saved to your site’s database, the signature will be saved as an image that can easily be viewed.
